The James Dean Garage Band is a collaboration between songwriting partners Howard Spencer Parsons (aka "the ekcotones”) and Steve Pease. Their eponymous album was recorded at emptyroom studios Leeds, England. The James Dean Garage Band tip their hats in thanks to Rick Moody-for the stunning short story ; and to Lewis Shiner-for his seminal rock'n'roll fantasy "Glimpses".
